Jennifer Bacarella earned her Bachelors in Finance degree from Siena Heights University in 1996 with an Accreditation in Management. She started working in the financial industry in 1994 and served as an executive of broker-dealer SPS Family until 2021.

After decades of working with amazing financial advisors at SPS Family, Jennifer decided to start her own firm and become a full-time financial advisor.

Kristi Delongchamp is a graduate of Michigan State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Business. She began her career in recruiting in 2002, and moved into managing the department in
2019 after years of being the supervisor.
In 2021, Kristi took on a much larger role in the company as the Vice President of Business Development and Relationship Management. ​

Becky Steffens is a graduate of Baker College where she received her Bachelors degree in General Studies and MBA in Marketing. She has been in the financial industry since 2006, starting as a document imaging specialist at a broker-dealer, and gradually moved through the company as an Operations Specialist, New Advisor Liaison, Marketing Specialist, and Strategic Growth Strategist. In 2021, Becky began a new journey at White Glove, a fin-tech marketing company for financial advisors.

In March of 2022, Becky decided to use her marketing and financial knowledge to start her own company and become an independent consultant for advisors and firms within the financial industry.
